Rhea is from Vancouver, BC and she is a true West Coaster. She loves the ocean, mountains, forest, and is willing to brave any weather to be in nature. Rhea is calm, playful and observant. She’s always the first one to point out something interesting in the distance, like a seal in the water, or to notice when something is out of place at home.
Rhea’s love of the ocean has been a driving force throughout her life and has led her to her current position as a PhD Candidate at UBC where she studies circulatory adjustments to diving in marine mammals. Rhea’s work combines her love of animals, the ocean, and understanding how things work.
In her spare time, she can be found watching trashy tv, beating Anderson at board games, and practicing her photography skills. On occasion, she has been known to be sarcastic.
